Fall Faves from Faherty
We need to start out by discussing Faherty’s Legend Sweater Shirts. I have bought my boyfriend a few of the men’s ones now and he loved them so much that I then bought my dad and both of my brothers-in-law them for Christmas. Rave reviews all around – if you are looking for a great gift for a man (be it your dad, your boyfriend, or best friend), this is a good one. I loved them so much that I got one for myself. This was probably my most worn item when we were at The Golden Door a few weeks ago. I would reach for it at night, and any time I knew I might be cold (early morning hikes and indoors).
It’s so soft and cozy like a blanket and holds up so well – I’ve washed and dried mine several times now. I wear a medium in this (and all Faherty tops!) Can’t express enough how amazing this shirt is and I know you’ll love it too!
This is Faherty’s Montara Dress. I love how easy it is to wear and it’s just so flattering. I find that Faherty’s dresses run a little big. I’ve sized down to a small in all three Faherty dresses I own, and they fit perfectly. This one is just as comfortable as the brand’s tops… the fabric is extremely soft and the cinching at the waist ensures a perfect fit.

Would you say the sweater shirt is leggings friendly? I usually rely on from-shoulder-measurements to determine this, but didn’t see this info on the item description.
To wear just with leggings? I don’t think it would be long enough to fully cover your butt. Maybe, depending on how tall you are but I wouldn’t do this (I’m 5’8 for reference!)
I read that the legend shirts are pilling a lot, according to other reviewers. What is your experience with this? Thanks!
I haven’t had any pilling in mine but I dry mine on the low cycle as recommended.
My boyfriend’s has pilled a bit but he is not quite as careful. Everything gets dried on high, unless I’m doing the laundry, lol. So my take here is that if you dry it on low or hang dry you will be just fine!!! I also think turning it inside out would help (I haven’t done that but the site recommends that!).
