All My Outfits, 9.21.22
It is starting to feel like fall in Charleston: a packed social calendar, cooler (low eighties, ha ha) weather, and little to no humidity. It’s always the best feeling. During the summer you kinda wonder why you live here, but then the rest of the year makes up for it. Last week was a fun one. A very kind friend bought Elton John tickets for our little friend group, I had a fun date with my bf, and I went to an amazing lunch with Rosemary Swift (the founder of RMS beauty, one of my favs!).

What I Did: Went to Zero George and had the tasting menu. Such a treat.

What I Did: Went over my friend’s house on Sullivan’s Island to go to the beach.

What I Did: Went to watch my dad play blues! A dive bar in West Ashley called Pub 61.

Can never go wrong in a Reformation dress. That one is SO good on you!! Also, thank you for wearing your clogs as often as you do. While I love them (I bought them as well have been eyeing them for a FULL year) I am not confident in my styling of them and wearing them out in public. Gotta embrace them because I think they are so so cute!!

I love the outfit you wore on Saturday night, especially the shoes. I’m going to be a bridesmaid next summer and am supposed to wear nude shoes. Do you think the platform sandals would be comfortable for a long day?
I am honestly not sure, I probably wouldn’t wear them all day long… but am also not sure platforms are acceptable for a wedding (though I may be wrong here – to me, they just feel a little too trendy and high!) Also, these don’t come in nude – just gold!
whoops i was thinking of the gold ones, you meant the black ones! For these I would say no… they are really high and i think they’d be hard for a full day!
