This lace dress was one of the only things I bought on Black Friday. I just fell in love with it immediately. At the time, it was on Anthropologie (now sold out) but it’s still available in a few sizes on Nordstrom and Saks. It’s really one of the best purchases I’ve made in a while – the prettiest lace details, sleeves (love a party dress with long sleeves especially when I’m pale), and a classic silhouette.
I paired the dress with these earrings from my fav (Hart!!) and am so happy that she marked them down a bit… just in time for the holiday season. I often forget about earrings but these are the best… such a fun statement!
Anyway, it’s been a busy week! I leave for Cape Cod on Saturday morning and can’t wait to be home with my family for a few days! I am thinking about staying off of Instagram for the whole trip – I think it will be a really nice break to just be present and take time away, offline, with my most favorite people – without feeling that compulsive need to share (or check in on what everyone else is doing!!) I can’t thank you guys enough for the feedback on Monday’s post – it was so helpful – your comments were truly incredible and amazing! I am so motivated and excited now… gearing up for a really fun 2018. I’m going to take some time off over the holidays but that will be more of a social media thing – I’ll still schedule regular blog posts as usual over here as I know you guys still come by the blog!

This whole look is so romantic and pretty. I am just about to invest in a pair of Hart’s earrings – they are truly stunning! Also, I think it is a great idea to do a bit of a digital detox over the holidays – I might do the same.

Love your shoes, but something is missing. Did you try to wear the new trend, the sheer socks with heels? They are so hot!!
no!! just bare legs – it was chilly but i didn’t mind suffering a bit. don’t think that’s a trend I can quite pull off.
