One of the things I selfishly love about the gifting season is all of the different beauty sets!! Of course I love spoiling my friends and family with beauty gifts but truthfully? I load up on “gifts” for myself, too. I rationalize it as there’s usually a deal involved!

Nordstrom is your destination for all things beauty and their beauty gift sets are amazing!!!! I couldn’t get over the offerings (and the savings!). It was hard to narrow it down but below are what I think are the best twelve beauty gifts. I am especially excited about sets from Necessaire, Charlotte Tilbury, Tom Ford, and Westman Atelier (that petal set is everything!!!). But also: don’t sleep on the Nest candle (I’ll be burning my holiday candles well into January!) and this set from Tom Ford which has the prettiest eye palette and purse sized lipsticks.

Last Minute Beauty Gifts from Nordstrom!

This Necessaire set is something I think everyone would LOVE, including me, ha ha.

Their body wash (in eucalyptus, my fav!), body cream, and body serum. I have used Necessaire’s products for years and they are some of my absolute favorites. The eucalyptus scent is heaven (makes your bathroom smell like a spa!) and the body serum and cream contain skincare grade ingredients like Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid.

And this Tom Ford set is just stunning.

Every shade in the eye palette is gorgeous and something you’ll really use, plus purse-friendly minis of two great neutral lipsticks.

I have this candle burning right now!

It is one of my absolute favorite holiday candles and always a crowd pleaser. It just smells like the holidays. Also, let’s agree to burn our holiday candles through (at least!) the end of January.

Last but not least is this dreamy set from Charlotte Tilbury.

I have talked about Pillow Talk a lot and it is probably in my top three lip colors. It’s one of those rosy neutrals that just looks good on everyone. This set gives you the full size balm, liner, and lipstick… priced at a great value. All three products would typically total $92 but bundled together the set is just $59!

Gift Guide: Favorite Auntie Status

This one is for the little ones! I like to think that being an experienced auntie to two nephews (ages 6 and 4) and a niece (age 4), I have gotten some good experience in this department. I always try to push the limit as best I can (without totally annoying my siblings)… the Ponycycle was an example of that. Still, it never fails to amaze me how much kids just love the simple stuff. I think my niece’s favorite thing I’ve ever given her is a whole roll of stickers. She was delighted (and promptly unrolled the whole thing).

PS – one of my favorite small businesses for the kiddos is Green Kids Crafts. Their kits are so much fun. I get my nephews their quarterly box and the boys LOVE it!

I do a cat mom gift guide almost every year and it is always one of my favorites. This year’s list alternates between luxe (Gucci! Fine Jewelry! Karen Mabon silk pajamas) and lowbrow (cat butt magnets, tacky pens, semi-obnoxious post-it notes), and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Either way, this guide is packed with fun stocking stuffers and a few splurges. The cat mom in your life is sure to love them all!

As an aside, this ornament made me wonder about Karl’s cat, Choupette. According to this article, she’s still alive and well and living the high life. What a relief!

As you probably already know by now, I am a bit of a Faherty superfan. The best cozy basics — the quality is incredible and the styles are classic pieces you’ll have forever. My under $100 gift guide is a favorite gift guide to pull together because for $100 and under, you can still get a really fantastic, substantial gift. Under $25 is coming in a little bit and that one is harder! Everything in this guide is between $25 to $100 (or $99.90 in one case, lolz) and I can say with complete confidence that I either have or want everything on this list. Today kicks off the first of eight holiday gift guides! The holiday gatherings are aplenty, so I thought that I would start out with hostess gifts.

Fun little presents and thoughtful trinkets to bring to a friend’s house to say thanks for hosting! My safe bets are a bottle of wine or champagne, an ornament, or a candle. We have some ornaments and candles on this list, but I wanted to include some other ideas… gifts your host or hostess is sure to adore! Fun games and/or puzzles, items for the home, and (my personal favorite) fancy condiments (the Japanese BBQ sauce is so good, you know I love my margarita salts, and that Brightland mini set is just so great!)
