This purchase was influenced by Helena, who has such amazing taste in home decor. She bought her Photophore candle holder from Diptyque and it was sold out at the time, so I bought one that she’d linked to on Etsy. I had to wait all summer for it to arrive but when it did I was so obsessed… worth the wait! I posted it to my story last night but just think it’s SO pretty and emits such a beautiful warm glow.

The shop had been experiencing supply issues and had to stop taking orders for a while. As they are experiencing quite a bit of demand and can’t make them fast enough. Each holder is made from hand blown glass and right now they can only produce 30-50 per week. So there are some delays but it’s so worth the wait – and would make a perfect holiday gift! Mine holds all my favorite candles (Harlem Candle Co, Maison Louis Marie, Le Labo, Diptyque, etc… they all fit!) LOVE.

Edited to add: OH MAN they sold out so quickly! Follow their etsy shop and instagram and I will post to stories when they add more!

PS – an updated post with more of my favorite candles!!!!

  2. What a great idea. So much more elegant than the tinfoil I wrap around the top of candles to stop them from tunneling!
